Everything below is the same information that appears on the product pages and in our policies, gathered in one place. If something is not here, write to us and we will answer within one business day.
Ordering and payment
Which payment methods do you take?
All major credit and debit cards, and PayPal. Prices are shown in euro and VAT is already included, so the number on the product page is the number you pay.
Will I be charged anything on delivery?
No. Taxes and duties are settled at origin, before the parcel is dispatched. There is nothing to pay to the courier.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, if it has not been dispatched. Write to us with your order number as soon as you can. Once a parcel is on its way, the returns policy takes over.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Worldwide.
How long does it take?
Free tracked shipping arrives in 10-14 business days. Express arrives in 4-9 business days and costs 7 euro. Both are tracked from dispatch to your door.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, on every order, with no minimum. Express is the paid option for when you need it sooner.
How do I track my parcel?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then write to us.
Do you ship to a pickup point?
Delivery is to the address you enter at checkout. If nobody is there, the courier follows its own local procedure, which usually means a second attempt or a nearby pickup point.
Returns and exchanges
How long do I have?
30 days from delivery, not from dispatch. The full terms are on the returns page.
What if the size is wrong?
Wrong size? We'll make it right. Write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will sort it out.
What condition does it have to be in?
Unworn, with any tags still attached. Try it on over your clothes, the way you would wear it.
When is the refund paid?
Within 14 days of the return being approved, to the same card or account you paid with.
Size
How do I know which one fits?
Every product page has its own table in centimetres, because the strap and the buckle are different on each belt. Measure over the clothes you plan to wear it with, not against the skin. The full method is on the size guide.
I am between two sizes.
Take the longer one. A belt worn over a blazer needs room that a belt worn in trouser loops does not.
Some of them say one size.
Those are the ones that spring open, so a single length covers a range. The range is on the product page.
The product
What is it made of?
The material is stated on each product page, in plain words. We write what the specification says and nothing else.
How do I look after it?
Wipe with a dry cloth. Keep it away from water and direct heat. Store it flat or rolled, not folded over the buckle.
Do you restock?
Usually. If something is out, write to us and we will tell you when it is back.
