Wrong size? We'll make it right. 30 days from delivery.

The window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered — not from the day you placed it. With 10–14 days in transit, that distinction matters, so we state it plainly.

This is our own policy and it is longer than the law requires. If you are in the European Union, your statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days from delivery and it stands regardless of anything written here.

Condition

The belt must come back unworn and with its packaging. Trying it on over your clothes is exactly what it is for, so that is not wear. Marks, creasing at the buckle and stretched holes are.

How to start one

Write to hello@signaturecopenhagen.com with your order number and tell us whether you want a different size or a refund. We reply with the return address and instructions within two business days. Please do not send anything back before you have those — a parcel that arrives unannounced can take weeks to match to an order.

Who pays for the return

You do, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or was not what you ordered — in those cases we cover the return in full. We do not offer free returns as a matter of course, and we would rather say so here than discover it with you at checkout.

Your refund

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of the return reaching us or of you showing proof it was sent, whichever comes first. Original delivery charges are refunded on a full return; if you paid €7 for express, that comes back too.

Exchanges

A different size is the same process. Tell us the size you want when you write, and we hold it for you.
