Terms of service

These terms govern your use of signaturecopenhagen.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.

Contacting us

The store is operated by SIGNATURE COPENHAGEN. Every enquiry, including anything to do with an order, a return or a complaint, goes to hello@signaturecopenhagen.com. We answer within two business days.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro and include any applicable taxes and duties for your destination. Payment is taken at checkout by card or PayPal. An order is not accepted until we confirm it by email; if we cannot fulfil it, we cancel and refund in full.

We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch. If we do, you are told first and may cancel.

Products

Product photography is styled and colour varies slightly between screens. Measurements on each product page are given in centimetres and are the accurate description of what you are buying. Where a material is stated, it is the material. Where it is not stated, do not assume it.

Delivery

Delivery options, times and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and customs handling in your country is outside our control.

Returns

Our refund policy gives you 30 days from delivery. If you are a consumer in the European Union, your statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from delivery applies in addition, and nothing here reduces it.

Liability

We are responsible for the product being as described and of satisfactory quality. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for how a product is combined with other items, or for delays caused by carriers or customs. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Intellectual property

The name SIGNATURE COPENHAGEN, the wordmark, the photography and the text on this site belong to us. Do not reuse them.

Disputes

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and you may bring proceedings there. Write to us first — almost everything is settled by email in a day. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
