Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Every destination gets the same two options.

The two options

There is no minimum order value. Tracked delivery is free on everything, always.

Before it ships

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. The delivery times above start from dispatch, not from the moment you order. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Taxes and duties

Taxes and duties are settled at origin and are already included in the price you paid. There is nothing to pay when the parcel arrives, and no customs invoice to expect.

Address changes

Write to hello@signaturecopenhagen.com with your order number. Before dispatch we can change almost anything. After dispatch the carrier decides.
